Condition 1: Cash on Delivery or Online Payment After Fitment
When you opt for Cash on Delivery or online payment after the bike battery fitment, the payment is collected only after the installation is complete. Once the bike battery is installed and verified, there will be no refund. The bike battery will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring reliable performance. Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be allowed once the installation is finished. Make sure to verify the bike battery’s fitment before confirming the payment.
Condition 2: Payment via Credit/Debit/Net Banking or EMI
If you choose to pay via Credit/Debit card, net banking, or EMI, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the order before dispatch. However, if the order is canceled after dispatch but before installation, Rs 200 for delivery charges and any associated credit card/debit card fees will be withheld. Once the bike battery is dispatched and installed, no refunds will be given. The bike battery will be fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty from that point. Please make sure to cancel the order promptly if needed to avoid any unnecessary charges.
